Senior Vice President, Professional Services Operations 2015 – 2019
      Largest provider of K-12 core curriculum, intervention programs, supplemental programs and education services in US. Publisher of fiction and nonfiction for young readers and adults. Acquired Scholastic in 2015.
      Established and oversaw processes, systems, and protocols that ensured effective delivery of HMH Services ~ 55K annual professional services and pre-sales events. Led team of 52 full-time (6 direct reports) and 25 part-time employees responsible for staffing and scheduling pre-sales and services events; ordering and tracking materials; partnering with remote regional services teams to support accounts; process and system improvements; and reporting and analyzing data.


General Manager, Program Services, and Senior Vice President (Concurrent Role) 2017 – 2018
Directed $47M professional services organization focused on HMH curriculum solutions. Led team of 100 full-time (6 direct reports) and 450 part-time employees responsible for delivering over 25K in-person and online professional learning events to pre-K-12 educators. Met with school district leaders to identify curriculum and professional development needs, plan out implementation, monitor progress, and report results.

  • ​Ensured capacity of certified education consultants to meet demand, especially during back-to-school peaks though retainment, hiring, and training based on capacity projections.
  • Developed and supported systems that launched service offerings, monitored customer satisfaction and student outcomes.


SCHOLASTIC INC., New York, NY  2005 – 2015

General Manager, Math Solutions, and Vice President 2011 – 2017
     Multinational publishing, education, and media company known for publishing, selling, and distributing books and educational materials for schools, teachers, parents, and children.
     Managed $20M math professional development organization consisting of 50 full-time (7 direct reports) and 150 part-time employees responsible for sales, marketing, service delivery, finance, operations, and content development. The Scholastic Education Division was acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in June 2015. Retained position beyond the acquisition and then held dual roles as General Manager and SVP of Services Operations.

  • Grew revenue of PD services, product implementation, and publications businesses – from $9.6M to $20.6M through new offerings, pricing model, and channels.
  • Launched Math Reasoning Inventory, a free online interview-based formative assessment funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant, increasing brand awareness and new users.
  • Developed and implemented Math Design Collaborative (MDC), a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project to provide high-quality mathematics teaching and learning through instructional tools and professional support services, as lead partner for Louisiana and Colorado.

Executive Director, Technology and Service Operations 2010 – 2011
Built and supported system for monitoring service deliverables for $24M educational services business, including technical and implementation sales and service support, online Professional Development implementation, data analytics, and national scheduling. Managed team of 30 technicians, responsible for delivering $11M of revenue consisting of technical support plans and in-person services.


Director, Service Operations 2007 – 2010
Led team of 8 full-time employees responsible for delivery of over $3M of revenue, sales and service support, online Professional Development implementation, data analytics, and national scheduling.

  • Coordinated internal trainings for 250 service team members, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and services renewals.


National Implementation Manager 2005 – 2007
Designed customer-centric tools and processes for consultants to scale education services business. Supported strategic accounts. Authored Standard Operating Procedures to systematize implementation tools and protocols for use by 150 field staff.
